Create a free account from User Access, complete identity verification from your dashboard, connect a Solana wallet and choose a property once its offering opens.
What is the minimum investment?+
Offerings on Rentrix start from $50. Each property page shows its own minimum and raise target.
What happens to my money before an offering closes?+
Your USDC is held in escrow. If the raise target isn’t reached or the offering is cancelled, it is refunded in full.
How are rental distributions paid?+
Net rental income is distributed in USDC on Solana to your connected wallet, and every payment is recorded in your account activity.
I forgot my password.+
Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page. Our team sends a one-time reset link to the email on your account.
I’m a broker or property manager. How do I list a property?+
Register your company from Broker Access. Once your business is verified you can submit properties for listing review.
