How to use Rentrix.
Everything you need to go from a new account to owning a share of a building and receiving rental income in USDC.
What Rentrix is
Rentrix is a fractional real estate platform on Solana. Verified brokers and property managers list properties internationally; investors buy a share of each property from $50, funds are held in escrow until the raise closes, and net rental income is distributed in USDC.
- Fractional ownership
- Each property is held by its own entity. Your investment buys a proportional ownership interest, shown as a percentage in your dashboard.
- Escrow-based funding
- Money committed to an offering stays in escrow until the raise target is met. If it isn’t, you are refunded in full.
- USDC settlement
- Deposits and rental distributions settle in USDC on the Solana network, so payments are fast and every one is traceable.
- Verified partners
- Every broker, property manager and developer passes business verification before a listing can be published.

- 4ClosingWhen the raise target is met, escrow is released, the purchase completes and your ownership interest is recorded.
Rental income and distributions
Once a property is operating, its manager files a monthly rental report that Rentrix reviews before any payout.
- How it’s calculated
- Collected rent, minus operating costs, management and reserves, gives the distributable amount. Your payout is that amount multiplied by your ownership share.
- When you’re paid
- Approved distributions are paid in USDC to your connected wallet, normally monthly.
- Where to see it
- Every payout appears in Account activity and Distribution history, with its transaction reference.
- Estimates vs actuals
- ROI figures on listings are Rentrix estimates. Actual income depends on occupancy, costs and the market, and can be lower, zero or negative.
